About This Project
Complete kitchen transformation for a single-family home in Winter Park. The scope included full demolition of the existing layout, installation of custom shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops with a waterfall island edge, large-format porcelain tile backsplash, recessed lighting, and a fresh coat of interior paint throughout the kitchen and adjacent dining area.
The homeowner wanted to open the space to the living room — we removed a non-load-bearing partition wall, patched and skim-coated the ceiling, and matched the existing flooring seamlessly. Project was delivered in under 3 weeks with zero change orders.

Challenges & Solutions
The homeowner had existing HVAC ductwork running through the wall we needed to remove. We coordinated with an HVAC sub to reroute the duct above the ceiling before demo, keeping the project on schedule and avoiding any additional delays.
